The Truck
Since 2018 we’ve been known as the ‘Taco brothers’ and the ‘taco boys’. With our trusty 1968 Citroen H truck and our 1961 converted horsebox by our side, we’ve been serving London and the south of England with as many tacos as they can handle. But whether we’re catering a beautiful wedding, dazzling guests as a private party, or serving you lunch in a business park outside your office, our ethos doesn’t change: restaurant quality food on a paper plate. Whenever you try our food, you’ll taste the best local ingredients from the best local suppliers – without paying a premium. Street food should be fun, fresh, and affordable.

Starters
Start your event with classic corn tortilla chips served with fresh guacamole, a fan favourite for everyone, or maybe our canapés that deliver beautiful presentation and delicious flavours. Best served as a light starter before a sit-down event or loaded onto platters which our knowledgeable team can personally hand out to your guests – along with some great stories about the ingredients and recipes.

Tacos
Onto the main event: Tacos. Each guest will be able to pick any three from our tasty range of famous tacos, which includes at least one great vegan option.
All served with burnt tomato salsa, pico de gallo, fresh lime and toasted chilli oil.



8 Hour Brisket
‘Birria style’ braised beef brisket served with sweet tajin pineapple salsa.

Cochinita Pork Pibil
Slow roasted in achiote and served with pickled red onions and mojo salsa verde.

Chipotle Chicken
Smoked chipotle marinated chicken thighs served with pickled red onions.

Butternut Squash
Agave roasted squash served with a peanut & raisin salsa macha, pickled red onions and mojo salsa verde.
Sides
The perfect accompaniment to tacos, our sides and salsas can be set up on a fully decorated table next to the truck. We know they’re popular, so don’t worry; we bring plenty and refill the table frequently. Vegan and vegetarian options available.
- White cabbage, radish and herb salad with a citrus vinaigrette
- Pinto beans marinated in lime & coriander
- Squash roasted in agave syrup with toasted sunflower seeds & feta



Desserts
It wouldn’t be a dinner party without dessert, so we have three decadent sweets to finish off your meal the right way. Combining classic dishes with a Hermanos twist, you won’t find these unique treats anywhere else. And yes, the vegan option is amazing.
